Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in Michigan. This position involves assessing, implementing, and monitoring patient care for outpatients on observation status. The role requires providing direct patient care, evaluating treatment effectiveness, and ensuring accurate processing of physician orders, primarily during night shifts.
Job Details
Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Michigan license, 2+ years of observation experience, Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred.
Education Requirements: Current Michigan nursing license.
Location Requirements: Must be licensed in Michigan; candidates' permanent address cannot be within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years related observation experience.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Requirements include work history with skills relevant to observation nursing, completion of two supervisory reference forms in the past two years, and active state licensure.
Additional Information: Must have a minimum of two years of observation experience, proficiency with Epic EMR preferred, and current BLS certification. Candidates should be prepared to start on 10/26/2026 and complete the assignment by 01/25/2027.
