Job Details
Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff, coordinates care with other disciplines, and utilizes critical thinking and professional judgment.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), RN licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor, one year of experience, and the specialty in Telemetry.
Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Collects relevant data, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties appropriately.
