Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours per week available. Three weekends required in a 6-week schedule. Floating required when needed.

Highlights:

Cardiac telemetry unit specializing in MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and medical-surgical overflow patients
Manage multiple cardiac drips (non-titrating responsibilities)
Nurse to patient ratio of 5:1, occasionally 6:1
No on-call requirement
Overtime calculated after 48 hours
Temp-to-perm opportunity available

Requirements:

Active RN License in state of practice or compact state licensure
BLS certification from AHA required
ACLS certification from AHA required
Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac or related nursing specialty preferred
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
