Job Summary Telemetry Nurse Stanford, CA. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring within a healthcare facility setting. The Telemetry Nurse will utilize evidence-based practices to assess, monitor, and evaluate patient status, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver family-centered, patient-focused care in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university (preferred); ability to communicate effectively in English; 0 years minimum experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring preferred.
Additional Information: The role involves immediate patient assessment, interpretation of telemetry data, and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will also participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to maintain current practice standards.
