Job Details
Position Description: Responsible for delivering telemetry and medical-surgical nursing care in a 30-bed medical cardiopulmonary unit and an 8-bed intermediate/progressive care unit, with a focus on cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, intravenous medications, and post-procedural care.
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; 2 years of recent experience in a related nursing setting; current license to practice nursing; ability to work nights; and minimum education requirements.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday.
Additional Information: Orientation includes unit-specific competency validation and hybrid training to ensure proficiency in telemetry monitoring and mechanical ventilation. The team emphasizes collaborative care, safety, and continuous professional development.
