Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) registered nurse position in a short-term acute care facility on nights. This role involves providing specialized care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring, with a focus on neuro-related conditions. Candidates must have at least six months of neuro experience and demonstrate proficiency in activities such as NIH scale assessment and neurology patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of neuro experience; valid state license (compact license preferred); 1 year of healthcare experience; certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, neurological assessments including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, neuro step-down, pre/post neurosurgery, procedural sedation, spinal cord injury, telemetry, traumatic brain injury.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems, especially Epic; familiarity with trauma and stroke units; ability to float between units as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be willing to work every other weekend and be available for work on three of the five major holidays. Candidates should be prepared to float between units; refusal to float may impact employment. All modules required for orientation are to be completed prior to start. References covering at least one year within the last three years are required.
