Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Telemetry/Med-Surg unit with patient ratios of 4–5:1
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data using a GE Telemetry system
• Perform IV and Foley catheter insertions as part of routine unit procedures
• Assist with chest tube removal in accordance with unit protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, CNAs, and sitters across night shift operations
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for post-operative CABG patients
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Outgoing, team-oriented personality with the ability to take initiative independently
