Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio 1:6. Float to units of equal acuity as needed. 36-bed unit with half weekend coverage per contract.

• Epic charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided

• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, blood product administration, central line management, and other advanced medical-surgical skills
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain local counties are not eligible
