Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: 3x12 day shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Patient ratio 1:6. 36-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit. Float to units of equal acuity as needed. Weekend coverage required (approximately half of weekends per contract).

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV access, central line care, blood product administration, and wound care
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
