Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous telemetry nursing or Med-Surg experience strongly preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Ability to care for adult and geriatric patients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to telemetry and Med-Surg patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication
• Float to units of equal acuity as needed
• Support patients and families with education, comfort, and continuity of care
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, teamwork, and patient safety
