Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Telemetry RN with a CA RN license for a 13-week day shift assignment in an Observation Unit.

Details

• Telemetry unit within an Observation Unit setting
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM)
• No blocked scheduling permitted

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 3 years of telemetry nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted
• Strict dress code enforced: no facial hair, no acrylic nails, no unnatural hair colors, all tattoos must be covered, no visible body piercings other than earrings (no hoops or extensions beyond earlobe), and no facial or nose rings
• Orientation includes required training modules averaging 3-6 hours depending on specialty
• Local candidates accepted at standard bill rate
• Previous staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
