Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing or relevant acute care nursing experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a float pool or fast-paced hospital environment
Comfortable working night shift nursing assignments

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients across the float pool
Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
Maintain a calm, professional approach while caring for diverse patient needs and acuity levels
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital telemetry setting
