Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience (preferred)
- Current BLS Certification (required)
- ACLS Certification (preferred/required by facility if applicable)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
