Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend required. 13-week assignment through January 18, 2027. Patient ratio 1:4. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of neurology RN experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency with NIH scale and post-surgical neurology patient care
• Experience with telemetry, CVA, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, craniotomy, and neuro stepdown
• Skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and procedural sedation
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
