Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neurology/Telemetry – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:4. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of neurology nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency with NIH stroke scale and post-surgical neurology patient care
• Experience with craniotomy, CVA, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neuro stepdown patients
• Skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, and procedural sedation
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
