Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:4. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs. 13-week assignment through January 18, 2027.

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of neurology RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting experience required (hardstop)
• Proficiency with NIH stroke scale and post-surgical neurology patient care
• Experience with telemetry, craniotomy, CVA, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neuro stepdown
• Skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and procedural sedation
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates residing within 50 miles considered local
