Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs. The RN identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments. Responsibilities also include performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing patient care, and documenting care based on standards of practice and clinical priorities. The RN advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports the adoption of innovations in care delivery, providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience.
- ASN degree.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS certification (AHA).
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- NIHSS certification.
- Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam.
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours).

Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree.
