• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; weekend rotation required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare environment
• Flexibility to float between multiple units or departments as needed
• Comfort working night shifts and maintaining patient safety during high-acuity periods
• Cerner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support coordinated outcomes
• Delegate and supervise care tasks appropriately based on team member skill level
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit policies and procedures
• Adapt to float-pool assignments and support patient care across multiple units
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, patient safety, and excellent bedside care
