Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:5. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs. Contract duration of 16 or 26 weeks available.

• Opportunity to work with post-surgical neurology patients and varied neurology diagnoses

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience required
• Neurology RN experience strongly preferred; must be comfortable with NIH stroke scale
• Proficiency in caring for post-surgical neurology patients
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, CVA care, craniotomy, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and procedural sedation
• Patient ratio experience of 4-5 patients
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
