• Position: Travel Tele Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Setting: On-site acute care telemetry / neuro unit
• Location: Spokane, WA 99204
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,960 - $2,070
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Contract Duration: 16 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 19:00 - 07:00
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Floating: May float between units to meet patient care needs
• Orientation: 36 hours

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience required
• Current RN license required; compact or valid state license required at submission
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Comfort working in a heavy neuro unit and willingness to learn neuro-specific care
• Experience with neurological and post-surgical neuro patients preferred
• Proficiency with the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to telemetry and neuroscience patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Care for post-surgical neurology patients and a variety of neurological diagnoses
• Perform NIH Stroke Scale assessments and support stroke-focused care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic electronic health records
• Assist with patient care needs while maintaining expected ratios and unit standards
• Float as needed to support nearby units and overall staffing needs
