**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN - Cardiac Specialty Unit!** **Job Description:** * Join a brand-new Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit! * Location: Overland Park, KS * Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM * Patient Ratios: 1:4 * Unit Size: 26 beds **Unit Staff:** * Charge Nurse * Bedside Nurse * Patient Care Technician (PCT) * Unit Secretary **Equipment and Documentation:** * Utilize pacemakers and other advanced cardiac equipment * Documentation via Meditech **Scheduling:** * Self-scheduling available * Weekend commitment: Three weekend shifts in four weeks for days; Four weekend shifts in four weeks for nights * No on-call requirements **Floating Policy:** * Float to Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, Operating Room Support Services (OSS) **Desired Skills:** * Telemetry experience is a must * Experience managing cardiac patients post-procedure * Titration of IV medications (cardiac, heparin, insulin, etc.) **Dress Code:** * Uniform: Royal blue top and black pants **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
