Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry / Neurology – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:5. Float between units as needed to meet staffing requirements.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• At least 6 months of neurology patient care experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency with NIH stroke scale and caring for a variety of neurology diagnoses
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, CVA care, pre/post neurosurgery, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury preferred
• Patient ratio experience of 4-5 patients required
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
