Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry / Neurology – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Every other weekend required. 26-week assignment through April 19, 2027. Expected patient ratio 1:5. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• At least 6 months of neurology unit experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 4-5 patients
• Proficiency with NIH stroke scale and caring for various neurology diagnoses including CVA, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, craniotomy, and pre/post neurosurgery patients
• Skills in telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, and procedural sedation
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
