Job Responsibilities:
-Assessment: Performs assessments & reassessments per policy & procedure or as warranted by patient condition; demonstrates ability to make sound independent decisions.
-Development & Implementation: Initiates, prioritizes and implements the plan of care and reviews and revises the plan as indicated.
-Two (2) years of acute care RN experience.
-Nursing Diploma.
OR.
-Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Registered Nurse.
-BLS, NIHSS.
