Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent acute care or telemetry nursing experience
• Comfortable caring for neuro and telemetry patients in a hospital environment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry and neuro patients
• Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes
