**Dynamic Opportunity for a Registered Nurse – Telemetry** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a significant impact on patient care and join a dedicated team? - As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with outstanding patient care. - You will: - Assess patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive planning and evaluation. - Develop and implement personalized plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments according to patient problems or needs, physician diagnoses, and the functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with confidence and compassion. - Manage care effectively for assigned patients. - Document care diligently, adhering to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice standards. - Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience required. **Required Education:** - Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing. **Preferred Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus. - Telemetry Certification or passing Telemetry Competency Exam is required. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - NIHSS Certification - Telemetry Certification - CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) - ACLS Certification **Schedule Notes:** - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - 3 x 12 (Weekends Required as Needed) - Holidays Required as Needed - No On-Call Requirement - 13-week assignment with floating as needed - Must be highly reliable and available to work all days other than those disclosed prior to the offer. - Alternative jobs must not interfere with HMH schedule being a priority. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day.Catalytic Solutions Job ID #18891841.
