**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele CWR!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in patient care? Join our telemetry department and be a vital part of a dynamic healthcare team! - As a Registered Nurse, you will: - Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering exceptional patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Identify patient needs and establish priorities for care through thorough assessment and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments driven by patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. - Manage the holistic care of your patients while documenting care according to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice and support the adoption of innovative care delivery methods. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model. - Take on other responsibilities as assigned to enhance patient care and team collaboration. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry Nursing. **Required Education:** - ASN or equivalent from an accredited school of nursing. **Preferred Education:** - BSN is a plus. - Telemetry Certification or passing the Telemetry Competency Exam is required. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS - AHA certified. - Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - NIHSS certification. - Tele Certification. - CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours). **Languages:** - Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: Day - Hours Per Week: 36 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Float Requirement: As needed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
