Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Illinois
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts and provide RTO at time of submission

• Deliver safe, effective care to telemetry patients with cardiac and pulmonary needs
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical concerns
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support techs to coordinate patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Support a patient-centered environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
