Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while promoting positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
BLS Certification
NIHSS Certification
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge
Supervise and delegate care to licensed and unlicensed personnel
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
