Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Telemetry RN for a complex surgical unit requiring strong surgical skills and prior tele experience.

Details

• Complex surgical telemetry unit at a hospital in Atlanta, GA
• 3x12 AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Strong surgical skills required for complex surgical unit
• Previous travel experience preferred

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
