As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care by assessing and coordinating care for patients in an acute setting. Your responsibilities include direct patient care, education, and ensuring smooth transitions of care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of patients.
