3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience [Required]

  • Skills Checklist Telemetry (pertinent to position), current to 1 year  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Skills Checklist Progressive Care Unit (pertinent to position), current to 1 year  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT
