Job Description :
Position requires experience with ventilated patients and tracheostomy management (MUST HAVE).
Local radius restriction: 50 miles (local rates apply within this radius).
Start date: ASAP.
Patient ratios: 1 nurse to 4 patients.
Minimum required experience: 1 year.
First-time travelers accepted.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS.
No on-call required.
Floating required between similar units, including possible float to Med Surg.
Block scheduling possible (subject to manager discretion).
No pending licenses accepted.
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
Guaranteed hours, but facility may call off once per two-week pay period.
May be required to float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance.
Facility type: Acute Care Hospital, 189 staffed beds.
Scrub color: Any color allowed.
Charting system: Meditech.
