Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x12 Nights - ONLY 1 MAJOR HOLIDAY OFF PER CONTRACT

Requirements:  2 years of RN - Transplant ICU experience

-Must have NxStage CRRT experience, Trauma 1, Travel experience
-Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent. -AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Transplant ICU is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role requires clinical competence and experience in the care and management of adult patient populations specific to the area of employment. The RN demonstrates professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
• Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
• AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Experience with NxStage CRRT.

Additional Information:

• Trauma 1 experience required.
