Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for ICU unit. The role involves managing critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for adults and pediatric patients over 15 years old with various trauma injuries.
• Titrate drips for vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as CVPs, IABP and Impella, Alines, Swans, EV-1000, and perform ICP monitoring.
• Interpret telemetry strips using Draeger heart monitors.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license.
• Driver's license required for submission verification.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Pass a 90% pass/fail open book exam during orientation.
• Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas.
