Job Summary: Ultrasonographer General (Specialty) in a healthcare setting. The position involves performing detailed ultrasound examinations, reporting findings to physicians, and assisting with specialized procedures such as amniocentesis and fetal echocardiography. The role requires a maternal fetal medicine sonographer with experience in OB-GYN imaging and working with high-risk maternal or fetal patients.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARDMS OB-GYN and Nuchal Translucency Screen; BLS certification; at least 2 years of experience in OB-GYN ultrasound imaging; outpatients experience required; valid license (must hold a compact license if applicable); must be within 50 miles of the facility.
Additional Information: Role involves working in ultrasound rooms at two hospital facilities, performing 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily, and reporting to maternal fetal medicine physicians. Candidates should be familiar with advanced ultrasound imaging techniques, including first, second, and third-trimester scans, fetal anatomical surveys, and high-risk OB assessments. The position requires availability to start on 10/12/2026 and end on 01/11/2027.
Submission Requirements: Respond to whether the candidate has prior experience at a healthcare provider facility, include two references from the last three years, and confirm availability for interview times. Candidates may be expected to float within scope to nearby facilities. No call or weekend work required.
Other Conditions: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 recognized holidays; RTO requests must be specified at submission. No start date push is permitted; the position is available nationwide.
