Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International. ARDMS certification preferred in General, Vascular, OB or Breast.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. Experience in hospital imaging departments preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
  • Experience performing general abdominal, vascular, OB and breast ultrasound exams preferred.
  • Willingness to comply with a no-smoking facility policy and to complete required cotinine testing with a negative result.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital
  • Shift Name: Days
  • Shift: Weekend schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Scheduled days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
  • Shift Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Position expects a 36 hour guarantee with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
