Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Profession: Ultrasound General Specialty: Ultrasound Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating 7A/7P Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years pediatrics experience License: High School Diploma or equivalent Certifications: American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification (ARDMS), Current BLS via AHA Must-Have: Completion of 1 full travel assignment Must-Have: Pediatric Board Certification (PS) Description: Various shifts and schedules are available. During the interview, the manager will discuss the available shifts and schedules. The Ultrasound Technologist obtains diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review. Responsible for all duties related to imaging, such as data management, physician order reconciliation, patient transport, and result accountability. Produces and evaluates images utilized to assist the radiologist with the timely interpretation of such images for patient treatment. Candidates must have experience working in a dedicated pediatric setting.
