Experienced Radiology Tech with Radiology and Ultrasound experience.
CT and Echo if possible.
Schedule Monday - Friday 8am-4:30 would be full time with holiday coverage if necessary.
All travel submissions must have at least 2 yrs experience along with prior travel experience. No locals will be accepted.Please note that all Quorum facilities are a PWP facility. Meaning, Vendors will not get paid until HWS gets paid.
The
Ultrasound
Technician
is
a
graduate
of
an
accredited
AMA
school
and
registered
with
the
American
Registry
of
Radiologic
Technology
(ARRT),
maintains
a
State
License
as
a
general
radiographer,
and/or
is
a
Registered
Diagnostic
Medical
Sonographer
(RDMS).
The
Ultrasound
Technician
is
responsible
for
providing
timely
diagnostic
services
to
both
inpatient
and
outpatients
under
the
direction
of
a
Radiologist
and
departmental
protocols.
Responsibilities
include
but
are
not
limited
to:
abdominal,
pelvic,
(gynecological
&
obstetrical),
and
transvaginal
sonograms.
Additionally
is
proficient
at
scanning
small
parts
(thyroid,
breast
&
scrotom)
along
with
ultrasound-guided
biopsies,
drainage,
thoracentesis,
paracentesis
and
aspirations.
