Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred: RDMS credentials in Abdomen and OB/GYN).
  • Experience performing general abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound studies. Client requires OB training. (Preferred: documented OB experience.)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer preferred.
  • Ability to perform independent judgment in technical procedures and maintain rotating call coverage. Candidate must be willing to take scheduled night and weekend call, including coverage that averages one week night per week and one weekend per month, and to provide holiday call as required.
  • Willingness to work in an acute hospital environment and float to other facilities if requested by the client.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday with one day off during the week (4 x 9-hour shifts).
  • Call Requirements: Rotating call coverage including approximately one week night per week and one weekend per month; holiday call required.
