Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist - General Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Ultrasound Tech Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum three years of ultrasound experience (preferred) License: NY license required Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Sonography) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification or Registered Cardiac Sonographer, Cardiovascular Credentialing International Must-Have: High School Diploma or GED Graduate of a one-year approved ultrasound program Description: The position involves working 11 PM to 7 AM with alternating Saturdays, including possible weekends and holidays. The work schedule will vary: Week 1 - Tuesday to Saturday, Week 2 - Monday to Friday. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of ultrasound experience for preferred qualification. A high school diploma or GED and completion of a one-year ultrasound program are required. Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or relevant sonography certification is mandatory. Experience with a variety of procedures including 1st trimester scans, abdominal studies, pediatric scans, and Doppler studies is preferred. Charting experience with Epic is required. Travelers need to comply with specific requirements and regulations prior to starting the assignment. Interview availability must be provided for the following five days. Interviews will be conducted via video conference, with participants required to have their cameras on. Candidates must fulfill all modules assigned prior to starting the position.
