Description:
The Client-Fetal Medicine sonographer performs diagnostic imaging scans on patients from the 1st to 3rd trimester on high-risk pregnancies.
Competently performs routine and specialized sonography procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease.
Scans in this department include Nuchal Translucency in the 1st trimester, Biophysical profile (BPP), detailed (level II), twins, triplets, umbilical artery Doppler, middle cerebral artery Doppler, and transvaginal scans.
