Key Responsibilities of the OBGYN Registered Nurse- Perform diagnostic medical sonography specific to obstetrics and gynecology
- Conduct fetal anatomical surveys and handle complex cases like multiple pregnancies
- Utilize ultrasound technology for fetal echos and umbilical cord Doppler assessments
- Adhere to high standards of patient care, ensuring safety and comfort
Requirements of the OBGYN Registered Nurse- CPR and Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential
- BLS, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS RMSK certifications
- Proven experience in maternal-fetal medicine
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, specifically Paragon
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in obstetrics and high-risk OB environments
