Job Title: OB High Risk Ultrasound Technologist Profession: Ultrasound Technologist Specialty: High-Risk Obstetrical Ultrasound Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: - One (1) year of High-risk obstetrical Ultrasound experience License: - Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by American Radiologic Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association) preferred Must-Have: - One (1) year of High-risk obstetrical Ultrasound experience - Completion of an appropriate training program for Ultrasound Technologist, including Military Training Description: The OB High Risk Ultrasound Technologist will perform high-risk obstetrical ultrasound examinations. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in high-risk obstetrical ultrasound. Registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) is required. Successful completion of an appropriate training program for Ultrasound Technologist is necessary. Military training is acceptable as part of the training program. BLS certification is preferred. The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is located within the Radiology Diagnostic unit.
