Job Title: Ultrasound Tech Profession: UltraT Specialty: Ultrasound Duration: Permanent Shift: 12 Hour Shifts, Rotate If Necessary Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: ARDMS (RVT) Required Certifications: None Specified Must-Have: Must provide proof/receipts for relocation Description: Position: Ultrasound Tech. Shift requirements include 3 twelve-hour shifts plus rotating on-call nights and weekends. Weekend requirements are on-call only, rotating every other weekend. Holiday schedule involves rotating on-call duties. Unit uses Samsung US machines. HIS/RIS system is Meditech, and PACS is NovaPACS. The role involves working with offsite radiologists. The typical patient load is 12-15 patients per day. Jewelry must be kept to a minimum while on duty. Visible face and body piercings, except for traditional ear piercings and small nose studs, are not permitted while on duty. Examples of prohibited piercings include, but are not limited to, nose rings, eyebrow piercings, lip piercings, and cheek piercings. AM: Jenn Hesse
