Ultrasound Technologist – Echo/Sonographer (Radiology/Cardiology)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Friday through Sunday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound and echocardiography procedures in a short-term acute care, Level IV Trauma Center setting
- Operate Philips ultrasound systems to acquire and document diagnostic imaging
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic electronic health records
- Adhere to a 1:1 patient care ratio, ensuring thorough and attentive patient interaction
- Participate in holiday coverage, committing to a minimum number of designated holidays as required by the facility
- Be available to float to nearby affiliate facilities as needed per assignment requirements
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
- Active Oregon state license (may submit with license pending)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
- Experience operating Philips ultrasound systems
- Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates considered at applicable rates)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel contract experience in an acute care or trauma center environment
- Familiarity with echocardiography and advanced sonography techniques
- Experience working in a facility utilizing Philips imaging platforms
