Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a freestanding emergency department (FSED) imaging unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Details

• Position is based in an FSED Imaging unit within a hospital setting in Kissimmee, FL
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound/sonography, with active experience within the last 6 months
• Active and applicable state license required if applicable
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
• Two professional references required (as this position is in Florida)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
• This is a travel position; local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
