Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit, requiring ARDMS certification and OBGYN specialty credentialing

Details

• Maternal Fetal Medicine unit with 5 ultrasound rooms
• Average caseload of 7-8 scans per day
• Uses Voluson E10 ultrasound equipment
• Documentation via Viewpoint and Meditech systems
• Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM-12:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No floating or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current ARDMS certification required
• OBGYN certification required
• NTQR certification for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone required
• BLS certification required
• Fetal Echocardiography certification preferred
• CLEAR certification for Cervical Length preferred
• Specialty certification highly preferred within 3 years of hire
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform advanced maternal fetal medicine ultrasound procedures
• Grey scrubs required as part of dress code
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No local candidates will be considered
