Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role involves obtaining diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review, managing data, reconciling physician orders, transporting patients, and ensuring result accountability. The position requires candidates to have experience working at a dedicated Pediatric Hospital and/or be (PS) Pediatric Board Certified. The schedule includes day shifts with specific hours, and the start date is August 31, 2026.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Wednesdays: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, Thursdays: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Fridays: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Saturdays: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.
  • Required Qualifications: Completion of 1 full travel assignment, two years of experience, American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification (ARDMS), current BLS via AHA, High School Diploma or equivalent, and (PS) Pediatric Board Certification or experience at a dedicated Pediatric Hospital.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous employment with any Johns Hopkins health system facility, with verification of at least one full year off before applying.
  • Additional Information: The candidate must have worked specifically at a Pediatric Hospital or be certified as (PS) Pediatric Board Certified. Verification of prior employment with designated health system facilities is required for candidates with prior experience within these facilities.
