Ultrasound Tech – General 

  • Beds: 99
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Shifts: 0800-2030, Monday–Friday
  • Weekend Requirement: To be discussed during interview
  • Float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes
    Locals accepted: Yes - lesser rate than travel rate.
  • Pending License accepted: No – ARDMS required
  • RTO Restrictions: 7 days, if consecutive, must add a week to make up RTO
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements

  • 1 YR of RECENT experience Required
  • ARDMS, BLS Required
  • General Ultrasound Tech with Vascular experience required
  • Adult, ED, ICU, and Portable Ultrasound experience
  • Experience with GE, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite, and PACS
  • Proficient in General and Vascular ultrasound studies including abdomen, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, appendix, spleen, breast, carotid, arterial/venous duplex, Doppler, and upper/lower extremity vascular exams.
